Racial Misunderstanding
This video shows an example of how racial misunderstanding causes many damages to the Vietnamese Americans communities when Vietnamese immigrants first settled in the U.S. In “Saigon- USA” movie, Frank Jao, a Real Estate Developer is concerned with the racial misunderstanding from residents in Orange County community toward Vietnamese Americans.
Since they thought that Vietnamese refugees came from a war zone country would not be able to be compatible residents in the neighborhoods.
